Elections are cornerstone events in any democracy, yet logistical challenges, vote-buying, and delays in reporting often undermine public confidence in the process. Civil society organizations (CSOs) play a critical role in observing and reporting electoral activities; however, the lack of a coordinated, real-time data collection mechanism often limits the impact of these efforts. This initiative seeks to leverage technology and community engagement to provide a platform for live updates from polling units. The platform will: - Enable CSOs and citizen monitors to report incidents, challenges, or irregularities in real time. - Aggregate and verify incoming data to ensure reliability and credibility. - Disseminate insights to stakeholders, including media, election management bodies, and advocacy networks. - Produce analytical reports to guide policy, inform reforms, and strengthen future election interventions.
